About this conference
AGSE 2013, "The Geospatial Momentum for Society and Environment", took place at 16-19 December, 2013, Center for Environmental Planning and Technology University (CEPT University), Ahmedabad, India, chaired by Prof Dr Anjana Vyas, Dean, FGSA, CEPT University, and Prof. Dr. Franz-Josef Behr, Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. The conference will attract more than 100 delegates. The following keynotes will be given:

revious conferences took place 2008 in Trivandrum (Indian); 2009 in Stuttgart (Germany), 2010 in Arequipa (Peru), 2011 in Nairobi (Kenya), 2012 in Johor Bahru (Malaysia), and 2013 in Ahmedabad (India).
The overall scope of this conference is to offer an interdisciplinary, international forum for sharing knowledge about the science and application of Geoinformatics with focus on developing countries.
Besides invited keynotes the conference invites presentations to a variety of topics. There will be offered as well professional training and workshops about current topics in the fields of Geoinformatics, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
